Gift Card Information, Use & Policy

What you need to know before you buy:

We are excited to be able to offer our customers electronic gift cards for shopping cart purchases! However, to ensure the best security for our customers, we have decided to outsource this service through a third party. This means there are a few things you should know before you purchase one, in accordance with their terms of use.

• One gift card can only be used once. Each gift card will come with a unique code that is good for a single use, and once it has been entered, it will become invalid. This means if the total purchase sum is lower than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be used for another purchase. The user should be very careful and ensure they are ready to use the entirety of the gift card before entering the gift card code at checkout. Twisted Leather Creations cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, invalidated codes and/or any unused and forfeited funds.

• It is possible to apply more than one gift card to a single order. In addition, it is also possible to use a gift card in combination with other forms of discount codes and/or gift certificates.

• Gift cards do not cover tax or shipping/processing charges. They may only be applied towards the purchase price of an item being purchased through the shopping cart available on TwistedLeatherCreations.com.

• Gift card purchases are completely non-refundable and will be provided to you through the email address that you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide at the time of purchase to our third party manager (available through the provided link, form and/or access point provided to you) as we cannot be held liable for any mistakes made during your purchase. While we will do our best to help resolve any errors, we cannot guarantee that your purchase was not sent to another individual and have no way to reverse, cancel, redirect or otherwise "fix" and incorrectly entered purchase.

• If a physical copy of your gift card is needed, the digital card provided can be downloaded and printed with the necessary information provided via email. Twisted Leather Creations cannot provide or mail a physical card to you, nor can our third party management company.

• Gift card codes are to be inserted into the discount field at the time of checkout. When using a gift card, it is treated just like any other applicable discount towards your purchase, and you may enter these codes one at a time, to be applied one by one. Please be aware of your entered gift card balance in relation to your purchasing amount. Over-payment via gift cards will not be credited or refunded, and, as already stated, do not cover tax or shipping/processing charges.

• If a purchase is made using a gift card, the amount will be indicated on your receipt once you have completed your transaction. Twisted Leather Creations does not maintain individual gift card receipt specific records and cannot guarantee that a lost receipt can be retrieved and/or reproduced.

• Expired gift cards are void and will not be refunded. All expired balances are forfeited and will not be available for retrieval, renewal and/or any compensation in any form. Gift card recipients are responsible for keeping track of and using their gift cards in the time allotted.
