Before placing an order:
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have read and understand all TLC Policies, and by placing an order, you are acknowledging that you accept all terms and conditions.

  • You understand that all orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis, and that, unless agreed upon otherwise by an authorized representative of TLC, all timelines for construction, shipping and receiving are estimates. While we do our best to maintain, and exceed expectations, life is not always within our control.

  • All orders are required to be shipped with insurance. Missing or damaged packages become the recipient's responsibility once TLC has provided evidence of shipping and provided the associated tracking information. It is important that you, as the customer, maintain this information and file a claim as soon as possible with the shipping carrier should anything occur during transit, as our items are often unique or one-of-a-kind and cannot simply be reshipped.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that accurate information is provided, and that all requested inquiries are responded to in a thorough and timely manner. We cannot be held responsible for misinformation, lack of information/details or errors provided to our crafters.

  • You are entitled to cancel your order (A clear written communication, stating the customer's name, email and item being ordered and cancelled must be submitted to Twisted Leather Creations through the email address associated with the order, or mailed to our PO Box with a notarized signature of the ordering customer is required for cancellation) at any time before it has been shipped, without reason. However, any deposits and/or fees paid for custom requests or lay-away services will be forfeited.

  • Once item(s) ship, all sales are final in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
