Product Orders:

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time before it's been shipped, without reason. However, any deposits and/or fees paid for custom requests or lay-away services will be forfeited.

Once items have been shipped, all sales are final.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, including your customer name and email address associated with your order.

Consultation Services:

You are entitled to cancel any consultation services with a 72 hour prior notice (Day of appointment not included) of your scheduled appointment. (IE: If you scheduled a consultation at 12pm on 15 May, 2024, then you must cancel no later than 12pm on 12 May, 2024.)

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, including your customer name and email address associated with your reserved appointment day and time. Cancellation time will be documented as the time of receipt of your message.

Failure to cancel with 72 hours of notification will result in a forfeiture of your appointment deposit.

At our discretion, we may reimburse you, in part or in full, if your cancellation was due to unforeseeable circumstances. We may also choose to offer a rescheduled appointment depending on your circumstances. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you even suspect there may be a problem with keeping your scheduled consultation services.

Appointment Rescheduling Fee:

Appointments rescheduled with sufficient notice (exceeding 72 hours notice) will not incur a rescheduling fee for the first reschedule. Addition rescheduling needs will require an additional 20% non-refundable deposit, for each additional scheduling change, in addition to the deposit fees already paid, in order to reschedule. (Subject to exceptions as determined by TLC)

Conditions for Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

However, should there be a problem with your services or order, we may choose, solely at our discretion, to provide a replacement or repair, or in special circumstances, offer a partial discount for future orders or a partial reimbursement as compensation.

Returning Goods for Repairs:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us, in addition to having them shipped back to you. Pre-approved repairs should mailed to the following address:

Repairs are taken on a case-by-case basis and may not always resemble the original product. Please contact us if you would like to discuss our repair services.

All fees regarding repairs are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged in Transit:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in shipment. Therefore, we require all items are shipped by insured and trackable mail services. This is non-negotiable and will be included as part of your shipping and processing fees.

Any items shipped to us, for any reason, are highly recommended to be shipped insured and trackable. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any items you choose to mail without adequate coverage.

In the event that any package is lost in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim, if applicable, with the shipping company. Failure to purchase adequate insurance and/or tracking may result in the customer's loss and item(s) will not be replaced at TLC's cost.

Gifts:

It is the customer's responsibility to notify TLC if the item being shipped is intended as a gift, and that the correct recipient address is submitted. We will not be responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address and therefore will not replace the lost item at our cost.

It is highly recommended that all addresses be verified and double checked before submitting!
