It's time for a free giveaway! A hand-made mini leather brain!

This unique leather item will be handmade by our lead crafter, Bri, over the duration of this promotional period. You can follow along through the photographed documentation provided through our social media pages. The finished product will be the exact item received by the winner.

There are several ways in which you can earn an entry into this free promotional drawing:

• Sign up for our once-a-month newsletter.

  • We never sell your information and only use provided details for this intended purpose.

  • Those already enrolled, congratulations! You've already gained one entry!

• Like each of our future posts pertaining to this exactly promotional giveaway as you watch this beautiful piece being brought to life through documented pictures.

  • Posts must be official TLC social medial posts that we can verify and track. Copied/shared posts, stolen content and any untraceable or unverifiable content/interaction does not apply as we have no guaranteed way to trace participants and/or contact a potential winner.

  • We will do our utmost best to trace all participants, but due to the unpredictability of social media and online content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all activity and/or failed attempts at content should an attempt by TLC associates be made to potential participants and/or a winner.

  • Promotional posts may be shared on alternate social pages shared by our associates and crafters. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure they are following the correct links and instructions to interact with our direct business social pages.

  • We will certainly do our best to track interactions on alternative social pages, particularly those maintained by our associates and crafters, but we cannot guarantee accurate tracking or full inclusion of those interactions. Once again, please be sure you are following the correct links and instructions.

  • It is the participants responsibility to ensure they are using the correct social media address and not going to another person's page that is not Twisted Leather Creations LLC, or TwistedLeatherCreations.com (also DBA KinkyTLC.com).

Each option counts as one entry into the giveaway drawing, so be sure to like, follow and comment over the coming weeks.

The deadline for earning entries will be June 30th of 2025, before 1200 midnight PDT (Washington State Time). One random winner will be drawn on July 1st of 2025 and contacted via email or through the social media account that gained them the winning entry. The winner will be announced, by an anonymous identifier (IE: A.Johnson, Vermont or Jane D, Kansas) in July's Twisted News.

These terms and conditions apply to our Free giveaway drawing for the leather mini brain being offered for the duration of May 20th of 2025 through June 30th of 2025; to be awarded to one winner on July 1st of 2025.

Rules of the Giveaway Drawing:

All participants must be at least 18 years of age, and residents of the continental United States.

We're sorry, but Twisted Leather Creations is unable to ship outside of our immediate domestic shipping area at this time, and this unfortunately includes Hawaii, Alaska and all other US territories. We hope to remedy this in the near future.

• Participants may earn multiple entries by utilizing multiple options as stated above:

  • Entries are limited to 15 entries per eligible participant.

  • Anyone caught falsifying information or suspected of doing so by the administration of TLC, with reasonable cause, for additional entries (intentional or not) will be disqualified and receive a household ban from future promotions for the next 12 months.

  • Do not use a throw-away email address or an account you will not remember or check, or you may not be able to claim your prize should your entry be drawn.

• One winner will be drawn, at random, on July 1st of 2025:

  • Each entry will be assigned a number, and one random number will be drawn to decide the winner. Odds of winner will vary as they are based on the number of entries gained over the promotional period.

  • The winner will be contacted via email or through the social media platform from which their winning entry was earned. They will be given 72 hours in which to initiate further contact with TLC in or to arrange the processing of their prize.

  • Should the initial winner fail to make contact with us within the allotted time, a secondary number will be drawn, at random, and that person will be considered the new winner. They will be contacted in the same manner as the first, with the same 72 hours with which to respond.

  • If necessary, a third, and final attempted, winning number will be drawn at random. They will have the same 72 hours to return our initial contact in order to process their prize.

  • If, after three attempts, no winner has claimed their prize, the prize will be held for auction to benefit a charity (The Venessa Behan Crisis Nursery), which will then be announced in our July Twisted News.

• Winners will be required to provide essential and personal information in order to claim their prize:

  • We are a state licensed business, and therefore, we have a legal obligation to maintain certain records in order to remain licensed and in business. This information includes your full name, physical and mailing address, and phone number. Do not participate if you are unwilling to provide this information to maintain our official records.

  • The winner will be responsible for claiming their winnings on their own taxes, if applicable, as other income or on IRS form 1099-MISC in Box 3. We will not be providing you with any tax forms beyond the shipping receipt of the prize's declared value.

  • Anyone trying to contact you through any means other than our @TwistedLeatherCreations.com email is not one of us and you should not provide them with any personal information. If you have any doubts, please discontinue communication and contact us directly through here. We cannot be held liable for anyone misrepresenting themselves as one of our associates, so please be cautious and protect yourselves!

• Alternate Prize Options - This promotion is for a unique leather mini brain.* However, we understand that this may not be an ideal prize for everyone. Therefore, the winner has the following options:

  • Refuse their prize and have it held for auction to benefit our chosen charity. Should this option be chosen, the winner can submit their refusal, in writing, to

  • Exchange it for a one-time use of up to $50.00 usd credit to be applied towards the purchase of TLC merchandise or services (Can not be applied towards tax or Shipping & Processing). This offer is valid for a single use only, for a maximum of six months, is non-transferrable, and any unused balance remaining will be forfeited. *The likelihood of receiving a raincheck is minimal, however, If you do receive a rain check in lieu of the prize, you are entitled by law to receive the prize, an item of equal or greater value, or the cash equivalent of the offered prize within thirty days of the date on which you claimed the prize.
